Danvers Rail Trail Engagement Photos

How sweet are Mary Beth & James? I was so thrilled to share one of my fave hidden gems up here on the North Shore with this midwestern couple who now calls New England home. Surrounded by peaceful nature, the swamp walk on the Danvers Rail Trail is a tranquil spot that puts you right in the middle of nature.

It was the perfect location for their late fall session with the trees hanging on to just a little bit of color. With the boardwalk nearly to themselves it was like they were the only two around giving their session a sense of peace and intimacy.

An engagement session is a great way for us to get to know one another better and to for you to gain experience together in front of the camera. While Mary Beth and James did not originally have a session as part of their experience, I’m so excited we were able to make this happen! It was the perfect way to celebrate their prolonged engagement (thanks Covid) and give them some practice before the wedding day. Just wait til you see their beautiful day at the Crane Estate, but for now enjoy some of my faves from their engagement session!
