Laney & Austin chose a beautiful navy blue linen cover for their Signature Album to compliment their chic city wedding held earlier this spring at the Providence Public Library. They selected a subtle imprinting of their names and wedding day on the cover. I love the simplicity of their design that paired perfectly with their images. Enjoy a sneak peek into their album!Read More

On a gorgeous June Saturday Eddie & Molly prepared for their wedding day at the charming Willowdale Estate. With the bridal suite overlooking the courtyard, Molly and her bridesmaid looked on with excitement as the courtyard was transformed into the ceremony area. The morning was filled with laughter and joyous anticipation for all that the day held ahead. It was the perfect way to start their amazing day and I’m thrilled to share more of their wedding with you here. Enjoy some of my favorites!Read More
Laney & Austin, what can I say? I hope it’s evident through their images the generous and kind couple that they are. I mean look at Austin’s smile - how infectious is his joy to be marrying Laney? Earlier this spring Laney & Austin wed at the historic Providence Public Library in an intimate ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends. Loved ones had traveled from all over the country to witness the nuptials and many hugs were shared as they brought their two families together.Read More

Overlooking the Mansion on Turner Hill, Maggie got ready at her parents’ home, a place filled with meaning and memories for the Bride. White puffy clouds filled the bright summer sky and the heat of the July warmed the air. It was a quintessential New England summer day, just what Maggie & Jack envisioned for their wedding (albeit maybe not the humidity)!! With a quick ride down the hill, Maggie and Jack where ready to start their celebration. With their ceremony held in the garden and their reception under the tent in the courtyard, it was a perfect event from start to finish. Enjoy some of my favorites!!Read More
The North Shore holds a special place in my heart so when I have the opportunity to photograph love in this beautiful place, it is a joy from start to finish. Eric and Molly were wed on a beautiful summer day in Manchester by the Sea, a quaint seaside town filled with historic charm and nautical touches. It epitomizes all that makes the North Shore special : lobster traps and sailboats, the rocky shore and the charming cottages, it is quintessential New England.Read More
Yesterday I kicked off the Best of 2017 series with some of my favorite portrait work of the last year and today I'm sharing my favorite engagement images!! Looking back I was reminded of how amazing each of my DZP Couples are. I love the time we get to spend with each other before the wedding and the opportunity I have to get to know these wonderful people!!
I kicked things off in January for a cold and blustery session in Boston. Throughout the year my couples headed to the beach, estates, the city, even their homes, each session tailored to their unique relationship. Just as my portrait sessions, I made the goal to incorporate film and I loved the results!! Each session was as unique as the couple I was photographing and made for a beautiful year of images -- enjoy a few of my favorites!!Read More
Michelle & Steve welcomed the day with near perfect weather. While it seems like such a cliche thing to mention, when you live in New England and the weather can turn on a dime, you are ever so thankful when you are greeted with such a beautiful day as this the morning of a wedding. Greeted at the water with a warm breeze, Misselwood Estate provided the perfect location for Michelle & Steve's guests to enjoy this glorious New England fall day. The lawn at Misselwood provided guests with sweeping views of the harbor side as tiny sailboats dotted the horizon. The sun slowly set leaving behind a golden glow that set the feeling for cocktail hour. Paired with all the rose gold details a girl could dream of, this photographer was in heaven!!Read More
Danielle and Kyle were drawn to the beauty of the Providence Library and it's architecture. So much so that they decided to host their ceremony in the center of the library, walking down the dramatic staircase to meet one another at the aisle. Having rained on and off throughout the entire day, it seemed serendipitous that they had planned the majority of the day's festivities indoors. And while to some, being indoors might have been a bummer, to Kyle and Danielle, it was the perfect way to share in the beauty of the Library with their guests.
Each member of their families played an important role in their day - from the breaking of a place before the ceremony, to the signing of the ketubah to their ceremony, each aspect of Kyle and Danielle's wedding day was aimed to honor their families and celebrate their two lives becoming one. What a joy to photograph!
Thank you Kyle & Danielle for including us in your day, it was a treat to watch you bring your families together and to celebrate with your loved ones!! Enjoy some of my favorite images!!
Lauren & Mike had a quintessential New England summer day for their wedding at Misselwood Estate earlier this month. Not a cloud in the sky with a cool breeze that drifted off the water's edge. Lauren and Mike had planned their wedding from Virginia and with the help of Lauren's Mom, every detail came together perfectly on the day of their wedding.
Misselwood Estate is a special place - tucked away on the coast of Beverly it offers spectacular views of Beverly and Salem Harbor and the coastline of Marblehead. For these two, the ocean plays a big part in their relationship and lives (they even named their dog Salty, love it!), so being right on the water was the perfect setting for their wedding. Plus it was a wonderful introduction to New England for their out of state guests.
Lauren & Mike, thank you for inviting my team to be a part of your incredible day. We loved celebrating with you and your loved ones and I hope that these images will serve as precious memories to you in the years to come!! Enjoy some of my favorites!!Read More
Emily and Nick are two of the most effervescent people you will meet -- they can easily light up a room and make any stranger feel like an old friend. Their wedding day was filled with laughter and smiles, making the task of photographing their beautiful day an incredibly joyful experience!! The day started with heavy downpours and we were unsure if the rain would let up. But just as luck would have it, the skies cleared, the sun peaked through and we were greeted with a beautiful spring afternoon!!
Emily chose bright colors of purple and blue and carried a full, vibrant bouquet of flowers -- the perfect representation of her beautiful personality!! I loved the pops of color throughout the day and how they contrasted against the beautiful backdrop that is Tuckerman Hall.
Emily & Nick, thank you for inviting us to be a part of your wedding day - a day filled with laughter, friendship, love and support. It was an honor to be your wedding photographer, I hope you enjoy some of my favorite images!!Read More
On a beautiful spring evening I met with Jennifer and Nate on Boston's Harbor front just as the sun began to dip near the horizon. Jennifer and Nate met at Boston College and they wanted their engagement session to reflect their love for the city and the place they fell in love. The evening offered candy colored skies and sweeping views of the harbor. I loved having the opportunity to get to know Jennifer and Nate and I can't wait for their wedding this fall - enjoy a few of my favorite images!!Read More
