A L’Andana Grill Winter Wedding

Over the holidays I had the immense pleasure of second shooting for the dream team (and our dear friends!) of Summer Street Photography. Lucy and Matt had a deliciously (LITERALLY) lovely wedding a L’Andana Grill in Burlington with the most darling winter accents, fitting for their December wedding. (I was told by Kendra and Matt to be prepared for some delicious eats at the end of the night and the chefs at L’Andana did NOT disappoint!) Lucy and Matt welcomed me in with open arms and made both Matt and I feel appreciated and cared for. It was a delight to be a part of their day and I’m so grateful and honored to have been asked by Kendra and Matt to tag along.

As a main photographer, there are a limited amount of opportunities to second shoot throughout the year, in fact this was the first time in a while that I had the opportunity to second shoot. Creatively, it was a wonderful outlet to take a few risks, try some new things and really stretch my artistic muscle. Matt and Kendra are amazing photographers and I was excited to create beautiful images to add to their client’s portfolio. Matt gave me free reign and trusted me which allowed me to photograph the day with out limitations. A dream combination for a photographer!
