Oh how special this family is to me… I’ve know these two since college and have been blessed to witness as their family has grown from engagement to wedding and now to the addition of their sweet baby girls. Since they live in Texas I don’t get the opportunity to see them often but revel in any chance I get to visit! Last January, long before the shutdowns of Covid, I flew to Texas to document their newest arrival. This sweet cheeked cherub was so precious to photograph and her doting big sister was there to make sure every little baby squeak or cry was attended to - so darling!
Having worked at Laguna Gloria previously for a family session we new that this gorgeous estate right on Lake Austin was the perfect location for their session. With Spanish moss delicately dripping from the trees and the Italian inspired villa rising in the background, it was a photographer’s dream. Every angle was just beautiful and with the entire property to ourselves, it felt like it was our own oasis right on the lake.
