Ask Anything: Inspire Boston and Attending Workshops

I love having the opportunity to attend workshops. I love learning. In fact I am headed to Worcester today to learn from some great people about lighting receptions and using off camera flash. I'm so excited to learn some new tips and tricks that I can use for this upcoming wedding season. And I'm also excited about meeting some new friends. I'm really excited about this ShootStyle workshop!

That's the great thing about workshops, inspiration and friendships. I've met so many friends from attending workshops. These relationships are just as valuable as the knowledge that I've gained from the actual workshops. These are the people that I can count on, that I can ask questions of, that I find encouragement from. I'm so thankful for workshops!

This year instead of attending WPPI, I made the decision to attend Inspire Boston. It was a BIG decision for me, as last year's experience at WPPI was mind blowing! That was when I made the decision to become a full time wedding photographer.  And while that didn't happen until almost a year later, the knowledge and encouragement and value that I gained from attending WPPI will stay with me forever.

Inspire, you have a lot to live up to! After hearing great things about last year's Inspire, I'm sure that this year will not disappoint. Some of my friends will be speaking and I am beyond excited to hear them share and of course I am almost as excited about the people and friends that I'll meet in March!

So that brings me to the title of this blog post: Inspire...whose going! Who will be attending this year? I'd love to catch up with you if you are, grab a cup of coffee, maybe attend some classes together! Let me know:)

And in related Inspire news, I was recently featured on their blog. In a lead up to the March workshop they are featuring attendees and the things that inspire them. Enjoy!
