Where are you located?

How long have you been in business? What is your background in photography?

How many sessions do you shoot a year?

I live on the North Shore of Boston and travel extensively throughout New England.

I graduated from Northeastern University in 2006, majoring in Photography & Journalism. Upon graduation I worked as a news photographer, documenting breaking news and feature stories. In 2009 I started my photography business and went full time in 2011.

I photograph 10-15 portrait sessions a year which allows me to provide personalized service and ensure that each of my clients are well taken care of.

I work exclusively on location, whether in my client’s home or at a chosen location. We work together to find a place that speaks to you, whether that is your home, the beach, a park or an open field.

Where will sessions take place?

What time of day are sessions scheduled?

As a natural light photographer who works with both digital & film mediums, light plays an important part to the look and feel of your images. I like to work within golden hour, either at sunrise or before sunset, Monday-Thursday. In home newborn sessions are schedule for mid morning.

Sessions included up to 40 miles of travel. Additional travel time is billed at $25/30 minutes. Anything over 2 hours of travel is considered Destination and a custom Destination Collection will be created for you to include travel.

Are our final images edited?

Why film & digital?

Images are lightly edited to adjust for color and exposure if needed. My editing style is very minimal as I want the images to appear natural and timeless.

From the way grain gives texture to the light and airy feel, I am drawn to the timeless and emotive nature of film. Using digital & film gives me the flexibility to work in all lighting conditions.

Your final high resolution images are delivered via an online gallery from which you can download, print and share. *For any images shared online, I do request that you include credit when sharing. Images are un-watermarked and ready for personal use and sharing!!

Your portrait collection will include 30-100 images, depending on the type of collection you choose. Images are made available 4 weeks following the session.

How doe we receive our images?

How many images do we receive?

The idea of being photographed makes us nervous. Can you help us to be comfortable in front of the camera?

Absolutely!! Naturally there are nerves that develop about being in front of the camera and it is my job to give you direction, guidance and lots of encouragement to enable you to feel comfortable and at ease. I’ll share verbal and visual direction so you know exactly what to expect. I will also give you space to simply be yourself together.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to trust the person behind the camera and to let go some of the misconceptions your may have about being photographed. Trusting your photographer to take beautiful and heartfelt images will allow you to feel relaxed in front of the camera, lending to images that feel totally you.
