Michelle & Steve welcomed the day with near perfect weather. While it seems like such a cliche thing to mention, when you live in New England and the weather can turn on a dime, you are ever so thankful when you are greeted with such a beautiful day as this the morning of a wedding. Greeted at the water with a warm breeze, Misselwood Estate provided the perfect location for Michelle & Steve’s guests to enjoy this glorious New England fall day. The lawn at Misselwood provided guests with sweeping views of the harbor side as tiny sailboats dotted the horizon. The sun slowly set leaving behind a golden glow that set the feeling for cocktail hour. Paired with all the rose gold details a girl could dream of, this photographer was in heaven!!
I knew from our initial meeting together that Jared & Willoughby were going to plan an incredible wedding day, beginning with the location for their celebration. Hosted on Willoughby’s family farm, Jared & Will thoughtfully planned their wedding to emphasize and celebrate the beautiful location and the natural beauty that encompassed the area, something very important to them. They also wanted to ensure that their guests were given a meaningful and memorable experience. Working with the amazing team at Chive Events they pulled together a breathtaking celebration that focused on sustainable and locally sourced details. From the florals to the the food and even the wine served throughout the day, each detail was thoughtfully and carefully chosen for a specific reason.
That is the kind of people Jared & Willoughby are. A couple who are independent and unique in their own right and together bring a sense of purpose and authenticity to whatever situation they are in. I greatly appreciated the thought and care they placed on their wedding day and how they communicated to their guests what this day meant to them as a couple. It was a day to celebrate and bring together their families and loved ones and honor their respective family heritage.
For example, Willoughby wore a family heirloom, her wedding gown. She was the 12th Bride to wear the beautiful gown that has been passed down through the generations from the 19th century. Jared excitedly and ceremoniously cut the wedding cake with a family sword. Willoughby’s parents hosted the event on their farm, a piece of property that has been in the family for generations. How meaningful to have so many pieces of family history!!
Willoughby & Jared, thank you for entrusting us to document this special day — it was incredible!! Enjoy some of my favorite images!!

Danielle and Kyle were drawn to the beauty of the Providence Library and it’s architecture. So much so that they decided to host their ceremony in the center of the library, walking down the dramatic staircase to meet one another at the aisle. Having rained on and off throughout the entire day, it seemed serendipitous that they had planned the majority of the day’s festivities indoors. And while to some, being indoors might have been a bummer, to Kyle and Danielle, it was the perfect way to share in the beauty of the Library with their guests.
Each member of their families played an important role in their day – from the breaking of a place before the ceremony, to the signing of the ketubah to their ceremony, each aspect of Kyle and Danielle’s wedding day was aimed to honor their families and celebrate their two lives becoming one. What a joy to photograph!
Thank you Kyle & Danielle for including us in your day, it was a treat to watch you bring your families together and to celebrate with your loved ones!! Enjoy some of my favorite images!!
Admittedly I had been looking forward to Younes & Alyssa’s wedding all year. Ever since I first met them for their engagement session this past winter, I knew that their wedding day was going to be one for the books. Every detail came together perfectly. The Mandarin Oriental did an amazing job of hosting their incredible day and made everyone feel welcome and taken care of.
But more than the details, it was a day of two families from across the world coming together, united through love. It was incredible to watch as Younes & Alyssa promised forever together, while watching their parents look on with amazement. The day they had dreamed of for their children was here — and Younes & Alyssa couldn’t have been happier!!
Both Younes and Alyssa have amazing style so it was no surprised that their details were perfection, from Alyssa’s beautiful lace Romona Keveza dress to the tastefully decorated ballroom. They hosted their wedding in downtown Boston offering their guests, many who had never been to Boston before a classic experience.
Thank you Younes & Alyssa for inviting us to be a part of your day — we had an amazing time documenting every moment and I hope that these images provide you with many happy memories for years to come!!
Lauren & Mike had a quintessential New England summer day for their wedding at Misselwood Estate earlier this month. Not a cloud in the sky with a cool breeze that drifted off the water’s edge. Lauren and Mike had planned their wedding from Virginia and with the help of Lauren’s Mom, every detail came together perfectly on the day of their wedding.
Misselwood Estate is a special place – tucked away on the coast of Beverly it offers spectacular views of Beverly and Salem Harbor and the coastline of Marblehead. For these two, the ocean plays a big part in their relationship and lives (they even named their dog Salty, love it!), so being right on the water was the perfect setting for their wedding. Plus it was a wonderful introduction to New England for their out of state guests.
Lauren & Mike, thank you for inviting my team to be a part of your incredible day. We loved celebrating with you and your loved ones and I hope that these images will serve as precious memories to you in the years to come!! Enjoy some of my favorites!!
Jenny & Bradley desired to throw a garden inspired wedding day full of whimsical charm. From the hand made “bunny garden” that held their escort cards to their palette of light blue and pink pastels, their day felt like a fairytale set amongst the beautiful wooded estate of Moraine Farm.
Jenny & Bradley are both dancers, each with their own unique artistic abilities and talents. They thoughtfully incorporated their love of dance and art into the day through subtle ways, including their beautifully choreographed first dance.
Jenny & Bradley, thank you for including us in your spectacular day!! Enjoy my favorite images of the day!!

Elissa & Scott’s wedding was a dream. I had been looking forward to their wedding ever since Elissa first inquired with me last spring. I loved her vision of a soft, romantic vibe amongst the beautiful gardens of Moraine Farm. She shares my love of flowers and I just adored her effortless style. All of these things she brought into the wedding day, bringing together a beautiful and timeless celebration.
But beyond the stylish details, Elissa & Scott ensured that their day stayed grounded in personal touches and the importance that this day held for them and their families. There were many happy tears, reminiscing, celebration and laughter. It was a day filled with all the beautiful emotions and feelings a wedding day can bring — it was a delight to photograph.
There are so many favorites I’d love to share, I had a hard time narrowing them down!! Enjoy this highlight of their flower filled, garden inspired wedding!!
I knew that Alli & Brendan’s wedding day would be nothing short of chic and elegant with a touch of nautical inspired design and it did not disappoint!! They day was filled with beautiful touches that highlighted the seaside vibe of Newport and reflected the couple’s effortless style. Don’t miss Alli’s amazing Tiffany blue stacked heels — swoon!!
The couple celebrated their wedding day in Newport, a charming and historical port city. They were one of the first couples to marry at the brand new Newport Beach House which offered sweeping views of the ocean. It was a delight to step right on to the beach from the patio and enjoy the ocean breeze throughout the day. While it may have been seasonably chilly for Memorial Day, it never dampened the cheerful spirit of the day!!
Alli & Brendan are two incredibly down to earth people. While extremely accomplished in their own right, they stay grounded in their love for family and each other. It was a joy to document their wedding day and to celebrate alongside their loved ones. It was a day filled with happy tears, laughter and LOTS of dancing!! Thank you Alli & Brendan for your kind and generous spirit!! It was a blast to be a part of your day!!
