Weddings on the East Coast & Worldwide

Wedding and Portrait Photographer

As soon as they were introdued as Mr. & Mrs. for the first time, Sarah and Mikio embraced…then broke out into their happy dace, literally! Their wedding day was one giant party, appropriate as they were married on New Years Eve! Everyone was in the mood to celebrate and you couldn’t help but feel the […]

A Private Estate Wedding in the Heart of Vermont Do I dare share how long Kristyn and I have known each other? Maybe I’ll skip that part and simply say that Kristyn and I first met during our freshman year at Northeastern University. We were both art majors, Kristyn focusing in design while I studied […]

If you live in New England you know just how long this winter has been. If you don’t, let me try to find the words… In short I feels like we’re living in a perpetual snow globe where the temperature doesn’t rise above freezing and there’s almost a guarantee that if you let your guard down even for a second, it will snow. But despite what has been one of the most depressing winter seasons in years, this last weekend after months of cold and drear, the skies cleared, the air warmed and one of the most beautiful days this year appeared. Spring won the day on Saturday creating a spectacular day for Paul and Emma’s wedding, a day that we weary New Englanders have only dreamed of!!

Paul and Emma held all of the days festivities at the The Royal Sonesta in Cambridge. The hotel offers sweeping views of the city skyline, the reason why Emma and Paul chose the venue. The city holds such a dear part in their hearts it was only fitting that it be the backdrop to such an important day in their relationship. The day couldn’t have been more “them” either. Emma in a fun and flirty Allure gown and sparkly jewelry, Paul in a casual but tailored grey suit and surrounded by fun purple accents throughout. But beyond their stunning details, it was truly Paul and Emma who stole the show. I don’t think I’ve seen such a happier couple on their wedding day, Emma radiated with joy and Paul couldn’t have looked more proud than he was to have Emma by his side.

At the beginning of January a friend and fellow photographer, Shannon, posted about her clients needing to cancel their wedding. They had just found out that Erick, the groom, was very sick and they couldn’t afford both a wedding and his aggressive treatments. Upon hearing the news, Shannon desperately wanted to do something to help. […]

A L’Andana Grill Winter Wedding Over the holidays I had the immense pleasure of second shooting for the dream team (and our dear friends!) of Summer Street Photography. Lucy and Matt had a deliciously (LITERALLY) lovely wedding a L’Andana Grill in Burlington with the most darling winter accents, fitting for their December wedding. (I was […]

Earlier this month I had the honor to work alongside my friend and fellow photographer, Emilia Jane, as her second photographer. I had been looking for an opportunity to work in Chicago (we have family and friends out west) and I absolutely LOVE the city and couldn’t wait to shoot a wedding there! When Emilia […]

When I first “met” with Debbie over Skype to talk about her wedding day, the first thing she mentioned to me was that if she was going to get married in January then she wanted a winter wonderland. And despite the crazy weather New England can create, I thought for sure that would happen. Wouldn’t […]

Michael and Samantha first met when they were young and living in New England. But it took a chance meeting in Chicago for the sparks to fly and love to blossom. Every since reconnecting as adults Michael and Sam have been by each other’s side and have a built a life together in the Windy […]
