Liz and Andy have this joke, that if it’s raining it might be time for a session with Deb! It all started with their engagement session at Falmouth Light, the first time we met. It was one of the windiest days and the skies threatened the whole session to open up. Luckily for us it waited until after we were done shooting. And then there was their wedding day on Cape Cod with cloud looming overhead with once more the threat of rain. Thankfully again Mother Nature spared us and provided a beautiful overcast day.

Well wouldn’t know, when it came time for their maternity portraits at Crane Beach the weather once again left us wondering if it would rain. Instead we managed to beat the weather and had nearly the entire beach to ourselves. We reminisced about all our shoots and how serendipitous it was to have the threat of rain!!

Liz chose a gorgeous floor length lace dress that beautifully showed off her bump. Andy lovingly doted on this bride, beaming proudly at his growing family. Liz’s dusty blue dress coordinated perfectly with the ocean blue and overcast sky.
