Jonathan’s First Year, Month 8
Eight Months Old
Jonathan celebrated his eight month birthday on December 30th. Oh eight months, what changes you have brought! Jonathan grew like a WEED, seemingly overnight. His personality shines through these days too and I’m happy to say he is one smiley, bubbly, baby boy. At Christmas he pulled himself for the first time and now things everything is good to pull on. He even sits himself up while alone in his crib.
With the introduction of two teeth and two more on the way Jonathan has started to find his voice, babbling away and often saying “Dada!” Sometimes he will give me clues as to the little man he is becoming, and it just about makes my heart burst. I swear I fall more in love with him every day!!
Eight months, that’s closer to one year old. I’m not sure I can handle that. Long gone is my baby BABY baby boy and quickly approaching are his toddler years. When people say that this age is a lot of fun, it’s true. I think for now I’ll try to keep this age in my mind forever.I probably took about two frames of Jonathan on the run, that is until he rolled over. He constantly on the move these days!!
