Recently we just completed the most beautiful wedding album for Carl & Colleen. These two lovebirds wed this past summer and threw the most perfectly Boston wedding celebration. From the classic black tie details to a rousing sing a long of "Old Rover", their day was an ode to their heritage and the city that they love. Take a peak inside their gorgeous album!
It was a such a pleasure creating this beautiful album for Kerin & Ryan of their gorgeous Newport wedding from this past summer. Kerin chose the Signature Album, featuring a soft linen cover and lay flat design. The design, the cover materials and image choices paired together perfectly to showcase their seaside inspired wedding day. Take a peek inside :
Today marks the end of a month long planning series to help couples plan and prepare for the big day. We've covered topics ranging from family formals to flowers, first look to getting ready. Let's pretend then that you're married, the planning is over -- now what? Today I'm sharing a few ideas on what do with all the images you've now received.
I know that the tendency following the wedding day can be to access your images, download them to your computer, maybe upload them to social media and then nothing. You're busy, life moves on and nothing becomes of your images other than pixels on a screen. But these are your memories and a representation of the legacy you are creating together. I believe strongly that your images deserve to be preserved and curated into tangible heirlooms, to be enjoyed, shared with loved ones.
Here are just a few ideas on what do with your images following the wedding day :
I'm excited to announce the newest addition to the DZP Heirloom offerings: The Heirloom Folio!! Bound in beautiful linen, these print folios are the perfect way to display your favorite images from your wedding day or portrait session!!
Heirloom folios include 2, 3, or 4 matted 5x7 prints bound in a linen folio. Each print is created using the highest quality archival inks and matted with museum quality mat board to ensure long lasting life without fading or discoloration.
Heirloom folios make great gifts and can be easily shared and enjoyed with loved ones. Display on your coffee table or on the book shelf.
As you know I'm a firm believer that your images are not meant to sit on a computer or be stored in a device. In today's ever increasingly digital world, tangible heirlooms have become more important than ever. Your images should be thoughtfully curated and displayed in frames, folios or albums in your home, to be enjoyed and cherished for years to come.
This past summer I had the honor of photographing Molly & Andrew's estate wedding at the Glen Manor House tucked away on the shores of the Sakonnet River. It was a glorious summer day, the perfect backdrop for their blush and cream inspired wedding theme. Molly stunned in her Pronovias gown from Madeleine's Daughter while Andrew and his groomsmen looked handsome and dapper in their light grey suits.
Molly & Andrew chose the Signature Album bound in a light linen fabric, a perfect compliment their summer wedding. I hope that their album is something they can share with family and loved ones for years to come!!

Take a peek inside Stephanie & Rick's Signature Wedding Album from their beautiful private backyard wedding in New England this past summer!! Stephanie and Rick chose a lovely grey linen cover, the perfect compliment to their wedding day color palette. Be sure to check out the video below to see even more of their beautiful wedding album. Enjoy!!
As fall approaches and the summer wedding comes to a close, wedding album season begins!! This past week I packaged up Kenny & Melissa's beautiful album from their wedding this past spring. Before sending it off to their home, I decided to capture a few sneak peeks into the album to share with you!!
Kenny & Melissa chose a beautiful khaki leather cover for their Signature Album, the perfect compliment to their spring day. Want to see even more of their album? Check out the video below!!
Angelica and Matthew's wedding at the Fairmont Copley Plaza last fall was easily one of my favorite weddings to date. Both hailing from different parts of the country, their Boston wedding was a destination celebration of sorts. Family and loved ones flew in from around the country, and world, to celebrate with them!! Boston shined throughout the wedding day from their downtown ceremony to the Duck Boats they hired to take guests around the city.
Angelica & Matthew chose the Signature Album, our most popular album, for their first family heirloom. Beautifully bound in leather, their album was thoughtfully designed to showcase their elegant Boston wedding in the heart of the city. The black leather cover was the perfect touch!!
Remember these two? They celebrated their wedding day on a HOOOOT August afternoon surrounded by their friends, family and...penguins. Yes, you read that right : PENGUINS. Kate & Jeff held their wedding reception at the Boston Aquarium (you can see more of their wedding here), right on the waterfront with epic views of the harbor and city skyline and penguins galore. Kate loves penguins so you can imagine her joy posing for pictures during cocktail hour amongst the flightless birds (who by the way were dresses for the occassion in their black tie best ;)).
