Marrying Dave was awesome. Gaining a sister was pretty awesome too. I think back to the time when Dave and I were preparing for marriage and I fondly think of the stellar support that Stephanie was to us. I can't imagine going through that process without her and I was so appreciative of the love she showed me, her brother's fiance. I finally knew what it felt like to have a sister: pretty awesome!

I'm finally getting the opportunity to return the love to Stephanie. She is getting married to a great guy, Tom in June. I can't wait to support her and Tom through this period before marriage. It's a great time filled with joy and stress and I am so happy to be able to share in that with them. In fact, being an awesome supportive sister ( ;) ), is one of my goals for 2010, which you can read about here.

This weekend, in anticipation of the big day, we went back to the place where Tom proposed at Strawberry Banke in Portsmouth, to take some photos. It was a gorgeous day filled with blue skies and warm air. Minus the snow in the shoes and the soggy wet pants, we managed to stay pretty warm!

We started off right at the spot where Tom popped the question...so cute:)!
